Getting one of those affirmation notes. They really make you feel good!

And getting one that has your name on it. Doesn't that make you really feel over the top? And guess how many notes can there be! You can get probably as many as twenty, depending on how many people attended the retreat.

Affirmation letters from everyone! People from all walks of life. They could even be from different states. Some of them come from people you know best, others can be from people of faraway places.

Truly, a remarkable experience! When was the last time you felt this way?

yeah, go for it! we placed the bags on one side of the room tapos they have til the end of the retreat to write note to everyone! saya!
